"targetted"...is a word for paranoids. I mean, when they walk-up to a buffet, do they "target" the muffins? I bet they do, because they're nuts....they should go for the bacon. But, it would be funny if they'd ululate while "targeting" those muffins. Anyway.... Tea-party-girl people are political nut-wads. They popped-up on the political scene while Jr. was President, and that annoyed a lot of republicans. The scrutiny began under a republican administration, you know....or should know. Not that it matters though, because the IRS is a mix of political and non-political people, and are not beholden to any particular political party. These tea-party-girl groups get scrutinized because they should be scrutinized, as they are political in nature, and that's against the policy of a c4 designation. That the policy itself is flawed is what is important here. That policy needs to be changed, the rules need to be enforced, and a lot of groups need to have their c4 designations rescinded.
