First BO claimed there were 57 states in the union and now, apparently, he said some of our Eastern port cities are in the Gulf? Is this true?

IF he would have said 56 I might have accepted the fact he was incorporating the territories and DC. Don't know where 57 came from. Maybe he's been paling around with Bachman lately.
