There's only two republican policies in the House: One: Obstruct any attempt by Democrats to pass legislation, even if it is republican-sponsored legislation. Two: Blame Obama for anything, and see what sticks. If it doesn't stick, keep harping about it to fool the idiotic masses into believing it must be true. I'm yet to figure out how the Repubs can ever be considered obstructionists. Obamcare was passed without a single Repub vote, little popular support & underwhelming democRAT support. If BO could get that passed how can the Repubs ever stop him on anything?
