    I read today where Illinois has just unseated California as the least credit-worthy state.
    Good job Illinois & your uber-liberal leadership!!
    It's funny how Southern states get bashed yet it's the 3 most liberal...IL, CA & NY...that have the economic problems & high crime rates. Hmmmm
