Benghazi - Wing Nuts Want a Conspiracy So badly.....

Why is it the people that like to play Americans on TV think that they know what Americans want? Is it the Right-wing's job to speak for everyone else? They sure think so.

 

Do you not think you are an American? I definitely consider myself one as do my neighbors. Now the Penn, Fonda, Bernhard, etc. crew I am not so sure about.
You seem to think you speak for all Americans all the time. You ought to try listening some time.

If you get a chance, watch Meet the Press from yesterday...the 2 defenders representing the admin, Diane Feinstein & Amb. Pickering, both did considerable damage to the WH version of events...

The fact there was a cover-up is indisputable at this point, what needs to be exposed now is what was done that needs to be covered up.

After Issa asserted that Pickering had refused to testify in front of his committee, Pickering breaks his silence and off camera interrupts with a "That's not true." Watch Issa's face as the camera goes wide, revealing Pickering sitting right next to him. Pickering then reveals that he was told his testimony was 'not welcome', leaving Issa sputtering about protocols (how ironic!) and how the minority party could have called Pickering as a witness, proving once again that the goal is not fact finding, but a witch hunt.

 

...and the rest of the story (of course) is that the committee requested the ambassador's appearance & were told "no" by the WH. They changed that the day before the hearings, obviously in an attempt to prevent proper preparation & to confuse the proceeedings.

NBC’s Tom Brokaw charged, “[Rice] completely underplayed it and rewrote the script with the help of someone. I think we deserve to know who that is.”

OK! Teddy, please tell me how many of those "total deaths: 60" were Americans. I will give you some time to look it up.

 

I wonder how many of those attacks (regardless who was in office) happened with the heads-up BO & Hillary had with Benghazi? How many times were rescuers denied permission to do what they do best?

 

Every one of the ones I remember had a so-and-so was responsible and is now ......

Little Joe just doesn't "get it". Benghazi (with the subsequent lies/coverup) is unlike anything that's come before.

 

IMHO, it is very much like Watergate, but at least 4 times worse than Watergate. The coverup is basically the same, but no one died in Watergate.

When Bill Clinton lied, no one died. When Obama lied, four people died. They're both liars; Obama's coverup is worse, however.

There were no, none, nada, zero, zilch, goose egg, zip, ........ Americans among those 60. Imagine that. Bush did better than Obama from your own data.

insular communities breed insular thoughts... Fox once again rushes to the fore with nothing more than hearsay scratched onto used toilet paper. Every one of these hearings was supposed to be a major breakthrough with earth shattering evidence, so far I haven't heard much that can be reasonably categorized as "damning," let alone "beyond a reasonable doubt." At least not to ears that aren't already programmed to one frequency... There are thousands of shitty historians for every one Thucydides I suppose.

 

Am I the only one outraged by the 4,486 U.S. soldiers killed in that desert shit-hole for no particular reason?
