You claim "answers were given" but don't those answer deserve a little more scrutiny now since State Dept officials & some of the survivors are coming forward to dispute those "answers"?

 

Obama has a virtual death grip of control over Washington yet the Republicans can somehow control funding?

You do know that presidents have nothing to do with the purse strings of Washington?

 

The answers we want are the truth and not the lies we have been told. Remember Bush and the WMD's in Iraq? You are still accusing the Bush administration of lying even though we have proven the WMD info came from Clinton.

 

...but you claim the minority party in DC controls the purse strings?
To take your post a little further...if the president has no control over the purse strings, how can you ever accuse Bush of crazy spending? Or how can BO promise to cut spending?

 

I think we deserve the truth considering more information is coming out every day that contradicts "the answers" supplied by the BO admin.

 

Look up Joe McCarthy. You'll find many of the same statements you are using, he also used.

I think the families of the victims of this tragedy deserve not to have the Republicans use the deaths of these Americans for political purposes but why should we think about the families when we deserve what we think we deserve. Right?

 

And it was Clinton who balanced the budget and Reagan who raised the taxes. Yeah, right!

Okay, I'll play...the pres may not directly control the finances but he certainly has enough influence over what his party does (or does not do) in the routine course of conducting the nation's business.

So Obama has control over the Republican controlled House of Reps AND he also has the ability to stop Republicans in the Senate from filibustering everything? He is good!
