Has Liberal Racist Alec Baldwin Lost It?

A "slut" is a rather generic term. Anyone can be a slut. A man or a woman can be a slut. A homosexual or a heterosexual can be a slut. A "white" person or a "black" person can be a slut. You get the picture.

But, specifically calling someone a derogatory name based upon their race or sexual preference (which is what Baldwin did) is racist and homophobic. MSNBC should never have tolerated him in the first place.

 

Certainly, but if one applies it specifically to one person in particular does that not change the intent?

Anyone can be a or a fag as far as that goes. In the eye of the beholder as it were.

Bottom line is none of it is acceptable.

 

But a big part of this thread is according to MSNBC, the severity of the situation depends on the target of the slur. If the target fits their mantra, nothing happens. If the target is contrary to their mantra, they get fired.

 

Well, another liberal maggot bites the dust. Bashir resigned today. When will these liberal fools start to realize their racist/sexist/violent rhetoric is not welcome.

 

First they have to realize that they are racists/sexists. Thus far, Mr. RB is doing a good job of imitating their denials.

 

Comrade Baldwin was only demonstrating, through example, the evil sexism and racism so prevalent in this country. How can anyone who embraces progressive ideals and multiculturism truly be a racist. Is he not shouting out "Comrades, join me in our re-education!!" I believe an new 5 year plan to address this most grievous problem is in order and no expense should be spared. We shall call this the Baldwin Act.

 

First of all, Alec Baldwin and all of his brothers are total morons from Alec himself to his Right-wing Christian brother Stephen. Alec Baldwin has liberal viewpoints no doubt. Does he represent all liberals? That would be a stretch since he is pretty much just a movie actor. Has he expressed political opinions? Absolutely. If you believe that his status as a Hollywood personality translates to having his opinions represent all liberals, you are just dreaming. I am as liberal as they come and I think Baldwin is a total douche bag. So how can Baldwin become the poster child for ALL liberals when the most liberal person on this forum doesn't even put any stock in his opinions or behaviors? Does Stephen Baldwin also represent ALL Right-wingers? What's he done lately?

I don't believe Alec Baldwin necessarily represents the left. He is, however, misguided by the left's dogma and is in a position to be heard by people who are predisposed to appreciate his racist/sexist/violent rhetoric.
