And aside from Obama and his "recess" appointments while the Senate was in session, now you have Emanuel violating Article I, section 10, clause 1 of the Constitution.

No other President has ever made "recess" appointments while the Senate was in session as started by Reid. Even Bush respected the procedures by NOT making any such appointments.

We are a democracy. We get the government we deserve. The Constitution is able to be changed. All of Congress and the President are where they are because they were elected. The Constitution and the laws are the way they are because we elected the people we elected. We get the government we deserve.

 

I call them as they are. Liberal, socialist tactics = Nazi ideals. Subjugation "for the greater good". Big government. State-run institutions (i.e., healthcare, Social Security, Medicare).
