Clinton's highest spending 2001 United States federal budget - $1.9 trillion (submitted 2000 by President Clinton). Obama's lowest spending 2010 United States federal budget - $3.6 trillion (submitted 2009 by President Obama). So if you cut the budget in half, that will be just about right. And just what does your chart have to do with Clinton?

I wouldn't expect an idiot like you to know how to cite sources, but when you post a link, followed by a number, it is generally assumed that you derived the number from that source, rather than pulling it out of thin air, as you seem to have done.
