Hey now....there is no way that a bagger could consider a non-white as a christian.

 

Of course I am. But I'd prefer it if you wouldn't make a big deal out of it.

 

I've always wondered where Hawii is.

 

I for one am sooooo glad the rapture didn't happen. I had an appointment set for the week after (silly me, not checking "the rapture" itinerary) that took me months to schedule, and that would have sucked to have waited so long and missed it. I guess those rapture people will have to reschedule. How's next Thursday?

 

I think they've rescheduled a number of times already. I suppose once more won't hurt.

 

Well.... A Christian of a lesser God perhaps. Or something like that. Everyone knows that to be a first-class Christian you have to be white. Like Jesus.

 

I gotta wonder....just how "white" was Jesus, anyway? Sure, today there are a lot of "white" people in Israel, as a result of Europeans arriving after WWII, but back in the first century immigration standards were a bit tougher. Long blonde hair? Blue eyes? Sounds Scandinavian to me! ...or like someone searching for a date. You'd think his pop could set that up for him though, or he could walk on water to impress the chicks, but who am I to judge?

 

Jesus (in mortal flesh) was African. Just like the rest of us. At least on his mother's side....

He doesn't look very African to me. I'm sure his Nordic appearance attracted a lot of attention down on the shores of Galilee although the Bible apparently doesn't say much about it. As for his parentage, he's not the first kid to have his conception attributed to mysterious supernatural forces.

He came by for cocktails yesterday evening. He likes gin. Plymouth. The Virgin Mary appeared in an ice cube to say hello.

Funny, but his skin looks like my daughter's skin and she was born and raised in Africa.
And here is a picture of an Egyptian family. BTW, the last time I checked, Egypt is in Africa unless Obama has decided Morsi could move it.

 

Yeah, the blue eyes on these kids are striking, aren't they? Glad you know where Egypt is. You are probably one of the few RWers who does.
