    Are your employees unionized?

Are you aware by law unions have to negotiate benefits and salary or ALL workers even the ones that choose to opt out of the union? They have no choice by law. Right to work for less laws have nothing whatsoever to do with job creation, they simply are a political tool to kill the unions. Again, then who represents workers in this country? Nobody can answer that.

Than that is a law that needs to be changed. A bad law shouldn't be used as justification to force people to join unions against their will.

I would be happy if unions only negotiated for the people that belonged to the union. The income disparity would soon become evident amongst the workers and soon enough, everyone would join the union. Why should unions be forced to represent any worker that doesn't want to belong to a union?
No one here can point to a state that is a right to work state that has demonstrated increased employment, higher wages, better benefits, or any other positive outcome for workers that has ocurred as a result of becoming a right to work state. It always results in depressed wages, worse benefits, and more dangerous working conditions. The statistics you can look up yourselves prove everything I just outlined. Why do you suppose it is only Republicans that pass these laws? That should be your first clue.

...or, in the case of non-union work places, the stars shine & are able to negotiate there own deal, based on their own merit (at least that's been my experience based on some 25 years in the real world).

Because they would have so much power to negotiate from as an individual? You have no concept of collective bargaining. ZERO! Are you really that naive about the workplace? Of course you are, you've probably sat behind a desk your entire life until you developed diabetes and then retired your overweight behind on uncle suckers dime. You are the worst kind of person.

Asking questions when you yourself refuse to answer questions is hypocritical. You do understand that, don't you?...not that you'd answer, of course.

No, instead, you will ignore it and ask your silly little question again, maybe this time underlining it, or using a larger font...to show just how determined you are. Eventually you will claim an idiotic false victory you are so famed for here, and you will focus your attention on some other drivel your party has convinced you is important.

    Anything else?
