Ahhhhh! *Sigh* Some hatred never abates. I know that there are Muslims out there that hate this country and I certainly hope they are captured and prevented from doing any harm to anyone. Spewing vitriol and hating as much as any fanatical Muslim out there certainly seems like the last approach that will solve this problem. In fact, it has long since moved beyond a political issue and seems more like a complete and total obsession at this point for one individual as if acting like a frothing-at-the-mouth fanatic is the solution to this situation.

Let me just challenge you to stop ranting mindlessly and actually do something about the problem. I don't care what you decide to do, just do something other than rant endlessly. If you don't have the courage to actually act, but are content to sit there and do nothing, what reason do any of us have to ever pay any attention to your ravings? Come on, make the evening news or go away.

The truth of what Islam is becoming clearer to more and more people every day. Why does that frighten or upset you? It is inevitable that the real light will shine on the true evil Mo and his followers represent to the rest of the planet. I just want all children in the world to be safe and live a life of prosperity and happiness.

 

I was referring to Midas. He has been ranting his own version of fanaticism for years now. His obsession has just become boring. Its like his mind is a steel trap...and nothing gets in. Sad really... Hatred is hatred no matter what promps the stereotype. I really see no difference between Muslim fanatics and people like Midas. At least the Muslim fanatics are doing something about what they believe in no matter how nutty it is while Midas sits behind his computer screen and rants for years on end and does nothing. Are we in the West at war with Islam? Most definitely not. But unless you live it a cave, you cannot deny the evidence that those that follow Islam the way mohammad founded is at WAR with us. Always has, is, and will always be.

Please explain where I am wrong?? - - Those that follow Islam to its core have been at war with the West, with Christianity, with Judaism, with the entire non-muslim world ever since its very beginning. Over 95% of today's wars and conflicts all have islam at its core. It is almost impossible to go a single day without reading about another islamic terrorist attack on non-muslims, or those, "not muslim enough." Islamic jihad can be found in the Middle East to Sudan to Indonesia to the Philippines...really, there are not too many places where Islamic jihad has NOT found its way.

We must understand in the West today that islam, and those that follow ALL of the koran and the life of their prophet reflects a vastly differant worldview from the one that established our western civilization. The appeasers/apologists who try to equate and accept Islam as some sort of extension of monotheistic Judeo-Christian philosophy, have FAILED to see the truth behind all of the islamic madness. The facts are clear...we in the west are facing the greatest test at the hands of islam today.

People are dying folks - lots of them. Ft. Hood is just another example of 1000's of "I told you so's" that illuistrate that there is something very wrong with this religion...and the fact that islam is on the march...AGAIN.

I guess the only question is whether the non-muslim world sees it, ackonwledges the reality of it, and figures out an adequate response before it is too late.

 

How soon we all forgot (except for me) that John Muhammad, a MUSLIM convert, was finally put out of his islamic misery last night via lethal injection for killing 10 people back in 2002 around the Washington D.C. area.

'Honor (Islamic) killings' in USA raise concerns

Muslim immigrant men have been accused of six "honor killings" in the United States in the past two years, prompting concerns that the Muslim community and police need to do more to stop such crimes. "There is broad support and acceptance of this idea in Islam, and we're going to see it more and more in the United States," says Robert Spencer, who has trained FBI and military authorities on Islam.

Honor killings are generally defined as murders of women by relatives who claim the victim brought shame to the family. Thousands of such killings have occurred in Muslim countries such as Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan and Palestinian territories, according to the World Health Organization.

Some clerics and even lawmakers in these countries have said families have the right to commit honor killings as a way of maintaining values, according to an analysis by Yotam Feldner in the journal Middle East Quarterly.

BRITAIN: Father found guilty in honor killing

In the USA, police allege the latest "honor killing" was that of Noor Almaleki, 20, who died Nov. 2 after she and her boyfriend's mother were run over in a Peoria, Ariz., parking lot. Prosecutors charged Almaleki's father, Faleh Almaleki, with murder, saying the Iraqi immigrant was upset that his daughter rejected a husband she married in Iraq and moved in with an American.

"By his own admission, this was an intentional act, and the reason was that his daughter had brought shame on him and his family," says Maricopa County prosecutor Stephanie Low, according to The Arizona Republic.

Many Muslim leaders in the USA say that Islam does not promote honor killings and that the practice stems from sexism and tribal behavior that predates the religion. (That's what these islamic animals always do...they look into the camera and tell you islam is about "peace" when their actions are quite the opposite)

"You're always going to get problems with chauvinism and suppressing vulnerable populations and gender discrimination," says Salam Al-Marayati, executive director of the Muslim Public Affairs Council.

Not all agree. Zuhdi Jasser says some Muslim communities have failed to spell out how Islam deals with issues that can lead to violence.

"How should young adult women be treated who want to assimilate more than their parents want them to assimilate?" asks Jasser, founder of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, which advocates a separation of mosque and state. "How does an imam treat a woman who comes in and says she wants a divorce ... or how to deal with your daughter that got pregnant, and she's in high school?"

Phyllis Chesler, who wrote about honor killings in her book Woman's Inhumanity to Woman, says police need to focus on the crimes' co-conspirators if they wish to reverse the trend. Before 2008, there were six honor killings in the USA in the previous 18 years, according to her research.

"It's usually the father, brother or first male cousin who is charged with the actual shooting or stabbing, (but not) the mother who lures the girl home," Chesler says. "The religion has failed to address this as a problem and failed to seriously work to abolish it as un-Islamic."

Jasser says his community needs to address how to treat young women who want to assimilate. "Until we have women's liberation ... we're going to see these things increase."

It does no such thing. It simply points out that a bunch of ignorant cave dwellers have been able to create a stalemate with the greatest military in the world for 8 years, but you find it impossible that they could surprise and defeat us for a few hours on 9/11.

The way I see it, you have three choices.

1) You are underestimating the cave dwelling terrorists
2) You are overestimating the greatest military in the world
3) You don't understand guerrilla warfare.

Planes dont fly into secure airspace without the top dogs knowing. The Pentagon HAS in ground missile defences. They were turned off to allow the plane in. Mineta witnessed a countdown in miles of the plane coming in.

MONTREAL -- In Lamine Yansané's hometown of Boké in Guinea, his father is a revered imam who sometimes leads Friday prayers. But after Mr. Yansané married a Catholic woman and abandoned Islam for Christianity, his father disowned him, and Friday prayers have featured a call for his death, the Federal Court heard yesterday.

Mr. Yansané, who has been denied refugee status, is seeking a last-ditch reprieve on the grounds that he faces certain harm if he is deported from Canada. "If you return him to his country, he is going to die," Mr. Yansané's lawyer, Stewart Istvanffy, told the court. He called his client "a victim of fundmental Islam, who is threatened by the imam of his town, his own father."

Mr. Yansané, 37, arrived in Canada from Guinea in the fall of 2005. He told the Immigration and Refugee Board that he fled the West African nation after his father and uncle tracked him down in the country's capital of Conakry, confronted him about his church attendance and threatened him as a traitor to Islam. His wife and three children remain in Guinea.

A letter from a priest in Boké was similarly dire, describing Mr. Yansané's father as "one of the fundamentalists who do not accept their children changing religion: They are born, live and die Muslims."

Following that interview, the imam repeated his threats during Friday prayers, according to a letter filed with the court. The handwritten letter to Mr. Yansané from his friend Mamady Chérif in Boké reported that his father had announced during Friday prayers that he had learned his son was in Canada. Mr. Chérif said Mr. Yansané, Sr., called on the faithful to contact their countrymen living in Canada to inform them of the fatwa he had issued against his son.

I am confused. I was under the impression that you thought the Pentagon was hit by a missile. Are you now saying that it was a plane, but the plane was allowed to hit the building even though that could have been easily prevented?

I would like to hear more about the Pentagon's ground missile defense system. Got any info on that?

 

I would your goal, in this particular post, is to make it look like I said definitively that it was or wasn't a missile, plane, or whatever. Then you will attack whichever one I select. Fact is I'm not sure WHAT hit the pentagon. Could have been a missile...could have been a plane..I'm don't really know for sure. I am convinced however, that it wasn't flight 77. I do know that whatever aircraft, or aircrafts that "got through" the very highly restricted airspace that day was indeed either assisted or was allowed to enter and proceed..which is highlighted by the fact that it had been about 90 minutes of time elapsed between the time the first plane hit in NY and the "plane" hit the Pentagon. Certainly after 90 minutes...fighter planes would have been flying protecting that high security airspace. They had Cheney well protected "in the bunker" by that time. You can't tell me that after two planes hit buildings in by then, an understood (supposedly) act of terrorism, that they had the foresight to put the Dick away safe and secure, but didn't have the foresight to (with hijacked planes still flying around) suspect that somewhere in Washington might be targeted over an hour to an hour and a half later.
Far as the Pentagon's defenses..start with the link below, then after you tell me it's all boloney without commenting on anything specific in the link, I'll think about offering more specifics. That'll depend on your response here though I suppose, as to whether a response to YOU specifically, is worth posting.
