Why does my PM box say it is full,yet there's nothing there?

Peter,why does my PM box say it is full,yet there is nothing at all in there? Can you please fix this? I think other members are having the same problem as well.

I emptied the folder. Result:
Sent Items contains 0 messages.
You have 37 messages stored, of a total 50 allowed.

There a no other folders than "inbox" & "sent items".

Where do I find the "37 messages stored"??

Seems to me that there are several different problems. My PM Inbox ain't "full".

What is the single most irritating aspect of CT for you Peter? Maybe we can avoid it is we know what it is. Just curious.
