And then we have guys like this...
I am a conservative with libertarian tendencies, not a sheep. I don’t hang on every word Russ Limbaugh says. He is a commentator, like George Stephenopois and nothing else. You agree or disagree with him.
As for your “whistleblower,” He or she is nothing but a shill who is reporting hearsay evidence. It’s one more fake news story that is intended to keep from Trump from doing his job. You don’t give a damn if this country succeeds or fails. All you care about is imposing your socialist government on everybody else, and the imposition of a world socialist government, which is your ultimate goal.
The real danger here is from the bureaucracy which thinks it has the right to choose the President of the United States. That is a major area of concern. We have makings of a police state here. I know you are too much of a prisoner of your ideology to see that, but I hope that a majority of Americans will see though the dangers.
Ah, the cult of Trump is wetting itself.
The usual pathetic response from the cowardly lion. When he faces a real challenge, he slinks off with his tail between his legs with weak responses like this.
Tell me. Does the DNC supply you with the graphics you post here. As a seminar poster, I’m sure they are more than happy to help you.
I give up... What's a seminar poster?
You are not that dumb. It’s a person the parties send in to post the party’s views with canned responses.
It’s so quiet here that’s hard to believe that the party is investing in you, but maybe there is a “generic site” that supplies the faithful.
I Googled the term and found nothing that fits your definition. Are you sure that you didn't just maker that up?
No, the term has been around for years.
BTW As a citizen who is concerned about corruption in government, are you not not concerned about the relationship between Joe Biden, his son, The Ukraine and China? It is an issue, and one or more of your Democrat presidential candidates will use it sooner or later.
Are you sure that you don't mean a serial poster? The urban dictionary would have a term like seminar poster and it doesn't exist.
A person who frequently visits local or college newspaper websites in order to post inflammatory comments. Commonly associated with political or opinion pieces and aged adults who post on college newspaper websites. A troll.
Don't pay attention to "Registered Independent". She's just a crazy serial poster who is trying to spew her political views to any student who'll listen.
Well, the original term was “serial caller” for trained callers who called into (usually) conservative radio shows to blunt the content of the issues in question, but the concept is the same.
Obviously you are getting the pictures and quotes from somewhere. It would take me a half hour, at least, to create what you post from scratch plus the rights to the photo. So yea, I figure some entity is probably supplying this stuff to you.
As for me, I never post this canned stuff.
Like this stuff?
I find it mildly disturbing that the bottom right of the Limbaugh graphic is attributed to “Civil War 2020”. I truly fear for the future we are putting in place for our kids. Just as professional athletes have set a poor example for young athletes, we are setting an example of intolerance to our kids. I’ll tell you.... This is a disastrous path we are trodding here. What happens once we have set this tone and our kids then don’t like the teacher? Do they attack him or her? Don’t like your traffic ticket? Attack the officer? Where does this all end? If we arrive at an impeachment hearing, do we then finally change our tone to one of acceptance so we can finally show our future generations how adults are supposed to act in a civilized society?
That is an 1860 Lincoln ferrotype, a political campaign piece, from my private collection. I took the photo and posted it here. Would you like to see many more? I have a significant collection of 19th century presidential campaign pieces and have won a couple of trivia contests at the APIC (American Political Items Collector’s) conventions. I would love to update the classic work on the subject, but rarity ratings would be the next step, and doing that well is really tough.
There are some extremely rare ferrotypes (a photo printed on a thin piece of iron) from the 1856 presidential election, but 1860 was the first year when they were used extensively by all four of the major candidates. Would you like to see the other three, John Bell, John Breckinridge and Stephen Douglas?
Heck, I would! I love historical artifacts.
Okay, I will post them tomorrow when I am on my desktop.
I will post it under a different string because we have gone a bit far afield here, under “1860 Presidential Candidates.”
Looking at the rules, I should post this 1860 election material in the “chatter” area.
The civil war 2020 line is a sarcastic reference to Trump retweeting the civil war tweet by that lunatic Pastor Jeffress.
You didn't even find Limbaugh's comment disturbing enough to comment on? How do you get to that place? I worry about kids too. I wonder what their world will be like when a two-bit shock jock radio personality can tell his audience to have at lawyers and still has a job. What's next, are Trump critics in this country going to start falling out of windows the way Putin critics routinely do in Russia?
What exactly is your tipping point here?
Your tipping point started at the end of Election Day 2016. You and your party should have done what we did when Obama was in office. You grit you teeth, put up with it, oppose the president on the issues when appropriate, support him when he’s right and plan for the next presidential election.
You people act like a bunch of children who are angry because you didn’t get what you expected and wanted. Get over the temper tantrums. Grow up!
Hilarious! Birthers, endless conspiracy-driven investigations, a record number of death threats, screaming "You lie" during a State of the Union, a complete and total refusal to even work with the president from Republicans in congress from day-one, stealing a Supreme Court seat, .... I mean the list is endless and I'm sure that all those things were done with gritted teeth.
No thanks, me and my party are not going to do those things. We are the grown ups here. Maybe if you are fortunate enough to get deprogrammed from the Trump Cult, you'll laugh at your posts as much as I do.
Limbaugh is an entertainer. He holds no more political persuasion in my mind than any other two bit Hollywood personality with a platform.
I have posted photos from my ferrotype collection in the "Chatter" section of this site. I hope that you enjoy it!
