Midas, this family rarely watches cable at all, and yes AM country-farm-discussion radio is always tuned in both our jeeps and the old truck. The only cable news station I ever watch with any sort of regularity is MSNBC (Imus, Olberman, Etc.) We forbid our youngest (13 yrs) daughter to listen to that (explicit rap crap) and she doesn't mind it at all. Pleasant soft rock or country always emanates from her room. She makes A's speaks both Latin and French, plays the guitar and clarinet. Basketball is her favorite sport. The only FOX programming we watch is sports or primetime television in the evening. As far as I'm concerned cable FOXNews is as bad a propaganda tool as A-Jazerra (sp), individuals who constantly listen to the rants of some ot those idiots turn into crazed zealots. Give me both sides of a story and let me decide where I want to stand on it. It's that simple. B

Oh, don't get me wrong. I think Islam is a cult which was started in the 7th century by a pedophile and millions/billions of brainwashed idiots are following the wrong path.
