When Putin does not like you/ or you failed him/ one ends up having an unfortunate accident. He used to poison his enemies/ now its falling out of windows at great heights....

Putin is not head of Wagner Group! It would be comrade Putin ordering his fall from a highrise window. But you are right/ if Putin dies/ there are a hundreds more evil men/ women to takeover Russia.
