I got an idea/ why does Putin not re-establish himself as Czar. Sounds nicer then President. He definately has better taste then all the ex leaders after the Revolution.
Even though the dude has clearly clouded morals, and has for decades, it is clear he has quite the eye and is not an idiot. I'd be interested to see how much came from his own pocket and how much was appropriated from the public treasury. What is the price in Roubles? Maybe I can afford with all the economic turmoil right now.
