Has anyone mentioned the findings yet? The State Dept, under Hillary's authority, was found "ill-trained & ill-equipped" to protect US personnel in Benghazi. Inexcusable! How could anyone with an ounce of intelligence believe this despicable piece of crap is capable of running the country?
No way I'd vote for her anyway, but I think it's not a smart move for the Republicans to keep harping on Benghazi. Of course, my anti-Hillary vote doesn't count for much anyway, the Democrats have non-Democrats outnumbered here 2-1.
Benghazi has not been settled unlike say, for example, the matter of Bill Clinton committing perjury. Now, THAT is a done deal. Too many unanswered questions remain concerning Benghazi. Lives were lost in Benghazi that could have potentially been saved were it not for bungling by the Obama administration. I hope the Republicans investigate it from now until doomsday if that's what it takes to get honest answers. Democrats won't be able to hide the truth forever.
Republicans need to cure themsrlves of this Benghazi fixation. It is taking on the aire of a partisan hatchet job. About the only thing preventing Republicans from taking control of the White House in 2016 is conducting business in their usual odious manner. The general public is just plain sick and tired of it. There are some real issues that need to be pushed and are going to require alot of political hacking - such as the IRS, Obamacare, energy policy and etc.. Just got to let some things go - else it is going to diminish the efforts on the real battles.
Tell that to the loved ones of the victims. These folks were murdered. If our government was negligent in protecting them and our leaders were complicit in that negligence, then those who are responsible should be held to account. I see no problem with continued investigations into Benghazi. Heck, there will soon be plenty of Republicans in power with time and energy to investigate all the scandals of the Obama administration. If only the White House, IRS, State Department, EPA, Homeland Security, Justice Department, etc. would stop lying to us and would willingly and truthfully participate in these investigations they could be over in a matter of weeks. But, they haven't and they won't. But, Republicans mustn't sit idly by and let the administration get away with evil deeds.
