Democrats Are Up To Their Usual 'Election-Stealing' Tactics In Pennsylvania

The PA Supreme Court ruled that "ballots that lack required signatures and dates are not allowed to be included in official results", a ruling that is being ignored by Democratic officials in Philadelphia and surrounding Bucks and Montgomery counties.

Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia, a Democrat, said last week, "I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country. People violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes."

I say, throw her in jail for contempt of court for violating the order of the PA Supreme Court. The idiotic recount should stop immediately, none of those votes should count and McCormick should be properly seated as the newest senator from PA.

 

I say wait until she submits those votes for inclusion in the total and then arrest and prosecute her.

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro is siding with the state's high court after the justices ruled that faulty mail-in ballots can’t be counted amid a contentious recount, delivering a victory to Republican Party officials.

The state Supreme Court reaffirmed its prior decision in a 4–3 ruling Monday that counties cannot count incorrectly dated or undated ballots. The decision singled out the Boards of Elections in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County, whom they said "SHALL COMPLY with the prior rulings of this Court in which we have clarified" for mail-in and absentee ballots in their Nov. 1 ruling.

"Any insinuation that our laws can be ignored or do not matter is irresponsible and does damage to faith in our electoral process," said Shapiro, a Democrat. "The rule of law matters in Pennsylvania. … It is critical for counties in both parties to respect it with both their rhetoric and their actions."

The socialist at the heart of this matter, Diane Ellis-Marseglia, apologized today for what she characterized as a "mistake". No, lady, this wasn't a "MISTAKE"! You willfully disobeyed a court order and attempted to count ballots that were not legal to count! That's not a mistake, that's a crime!

The right to vote is the very heart of our Republic. But, those votes must be counted LEGALLY!
