Seems anti-Putin elements are causing blowing up key infrastructure/oil/ gas depots/ now launching an invasion in Kursk/Belgorod oblast. Putin has gone into some bunker complex/ leaving his "doubles" to appear in public/ much like Stalin did in WW2.

The US Patriot Missile systems have proved effective at intercepting Russia hypersonic missiles/ while the UK long range cruise missiles are hitting targets in Crimea/ all of the Donbas/ even military targets in Belgorod. Soon Ukrainian pilots will finish training on F-16s/ and then receive hundreds to gain complete air supremacy.

NATO also made it clear that Ukraine will join/ as their reward for defeating Russia. Things looked bleak in Feb. 24th/2022.....look much better on June 3rd/2023!

I hope you are right but I don't trust the slan of the newsabout the war we are being "fed." I guess we'll know in a few weeks unless China does what is expected.

The leftist western narrative on this conflict has been pretty much lies and if you seen anything to make you believe your post then it is just the same machinery lying factory daily output.
Now even if it was true, how could that be a good thing. One of the biggest concerns in the world is a Pakistani civil war. They have enough nukes to end life on earth. So how could Russia losing stability be a good thing when they have not only a much larger nuclear Arsenal but the super nukes as well that can be launched at supersonic speeds.

I did not imply that an unstable Russia is a good thing . . . Just that I’m not seeing the instability.

Frankly, I think the world has as much to concern itself over with our current “leadership” here in the just-as-well armed Untied States of America.

For 46 years, in many conversations with the knowing and unknowing from all walks of life...higher education, medical field POLITICAL PARTY PARTICIPANTS REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE, next door neighbors, citizens of other countries, etc., when the subject of the Soviet Union arises in the conversation, there is a very high percentage of the participant(s) in the conversation to poohpooh the concern and VERY often refer to POTUS Reagan as having destroyed that rabid dog.

I ALWAYS respond with a question: Tell me about the Soviet Submarine Fleet.....

Deer in headlights. Or, Bear deep in the Woods, if you prefer.

Yes, yes, I know about PepsiCo, but....no.

The previous civil war in Russia certainly didn't work out so well for US interest.

Submarine warfare and capabilities were indeed unaddressed by the START Treaties, and are even more threatening, due to the potential for much shorter vehicle time in the air, leaving little opportunity for countermeasures, if any at all. There are many nations on par with each other in this regard. For this reason, numbers are far less important than proximity and reliability.

Still, my perception is that those who think civil war in Russia is one of the World's greatest concerns are wastefully diverting attention from many greater concerns. Russia has plenty of problems, just like we do in America, but I don't think the threat of civil war is even worth a whiff.

Exactly the point. The Soviets Union would have the World believe all the Boomers are in Pens or were sold off to the Red Chinese for scrap metal. No.

I was speaking with Mr. Kamps who seemed excited about false news regarding a potential Russian civil war.

Wagner Army is marching towards Putin's Vipers nest in Moscow. I will cheer on the Wagner Army! 97% of Russian Armed forces are bogged down in Ukraine right now.

Usually most of Russia forces are facing China. If it wasn’t for Biden, we would have a strong ally to wall in China. Imagine if Russia was asked to be part of NATO instead of breaking weapons treaties and using NATO against Russia. Makes you wonder if China is pulling puppet President Biden’s strings as well.

There is a small piece of me that wonders if these aren’t staged events designed specifically to lead the rest of the world to believe that there may be a crack in Putins armor. This thing just doesn’t ring true to me.
