Two grand slams in the same game, and in the post season no less . . . These Red Sox are playing some kind of loose!

When it comes to the AL, I'm an Orioles fan...but I'm rooting for Boston. I just saw the first one in the top of the 1st inning. I need to check back!

The Astros showed Boston a thing or two last night . . . with both teams being so explosive, this series is bound to be suspenseful right to the very end.

This series is so dynamic. I expect 7 games to determine the ultimate winner.

Gutsy comeback last night by the Dodgers. I enjoy watching former "Nats" doing well.

I like tight games. There are more fun to watch. Go Sox!

A friend of mine is a Red Sox fan. He picked he BoSox to go all the way and I took the Dodgers. It looks like the Dodgers may survive another day! I'm doing my "Staying Alive" dance...:D

I like Dusty, but everyone else is a bunch of cheaters. Pete Rose can't get to the HoF, but these guys get to return to the WS? You're right...I'm not seeing it.

Astros vs. Braves...should be a good series! I hope BLM can make themselves useful and protest the "Tomahawk Chop"! :D

My three teams are the Reds (1)...with the Nats (2A) and the O's (2B) coming in tied for 2nd. I'm a Reds fan first and foremost, but always root for the local teams wherever I am.

Do you think MLB will move the Braves home games out of Georgia. Don't they still have Jim Crow or something like that over there? :D

HA! I knew ESPN was gonna go there...

World Series 2021: It's past time for the Atlanta Braves to move on from the chop

"ATLANTA -- Each of the next three days, a baseball stadium will dim its lights, thousands of people will illuminate the flashlights on their phones and they will engage in a wildly ahistorical, fundamentally problematic and altogether unnecessary ritual. The tomahawk chop, rubber-stamped earlier this week by the commissioner of baseball, will be broadcast on screens across the United States and around the world, and it will serve as a reminder that for all the progress made in eradicating unnecessary American Indian symbolism, it remains deeply embedded in sports."

ESPN doesn't understand the Tomahawk Chop. It's the most annoying sound in sports since FIFA outlawed the didgeridoo. That's the whole point...it's God-awful annoying. Advantage: Atlanta. If they're gonna do away with the chop, they need an equally annoying replacement.

Getting rid of the chop is like asking to take the stars off Old Glory. It ain’t gonna happen. I been in Fulton County Stadium when a full on chop erupted in the seventh inning. It was a beautiful thing.

I didn't think they could make the Indians and Redskins change their names. "White Guilt" is a stronger force than I had imagined. Hopefully, folks are waking up to this nonsense.

Me too. I get it and perhaps there are some things within reason that need to be reviewed from a 21st century perspective……. From my personal perspective this is much like Christianity. Being polite, we relent and give something up to the feel good crowd. All that does is reinforce them to demand more. Rather like giving a sip of wine to an alcoholic. Gotta have more. I have learned the hard way. There is no compromise with them.

That's exactly right. The moment you give a little, they take a lot. We have to stay firm and refuse the insane.
