Whistleblower sought informal guidance from Schiff’s committee before filing complaint against Trump By Ellen Nakashima October 2, 2019 "The intelligence officer whose allegations of presidential wrongdoing have sparked a full-blown impeachment inquiry sought guidance from a Democratic-led congressional committee days before filing his complaint with an inspector general, according to panel aides." https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/whistleblower-sought-informal-guidance-from-schiffs-committee-before-filing-complaint-against-trump/2019/10/02/e5124b8a-e543-11e9-a6e8-8759c5c7f608_story.html https://www.npr.org/2019/09/26/7640...whistleblower-complaint-on-trump-ukraine-call National School Board Group Communicated with White House while Crafting Letter Likening Parents to Terrorists By CAROLINE DOWNEY October 21, 2021 3:31 PM "The National School Board Association communicated with the White House before releasing a letter requesting federal intervention to investigate whether alleged threats leveled by parents against school-board members qualify as domestic terrorism under the Patriot Act. Email correspondence obtained by nonprofit Parents Defending Education and first reported by the Washington Free Beacon shows that White House officials coordinated with the NSBA to iron out the details of the letter before it was officially published." https://www.nationalreview.com/news/national-school-board-group-communicated-with-white-house-while-crafting-letter-likening-parents-to-terrorists/
Once again, the progressives stretch the truth, and try to push their agenda with influence beyond the control of local authorities. Stealing this nation by hook or by crook is how they operate, and they cannot be trusted.
The whole shtick is just the same game plan presented in different circumstances, all with the same end goal.
The deep state is real. Why aren't these leaks, whistleblowers, and more mobilizing against Biden..? Our bureaucracies are filled to the brim with Democrats, and because they are pieces of the bureaucracy, unaccountable to the people, they can push their agendas through. The Supreme Court should step up and stop allowing the bureaucracies to interpret statute as they see fit. It allows Democrats to play the rules in a way that Republicans can't because the institutional support isn't there.
I just herard about this... Bipartisan legislators demand answers from Fauci on 'cruel' puppy experiments "Our investigators show that Fauci’s NIH division shipped part of a $375,800 grant to a lab in Tunisia to drug beagles and lock their heads in mesh cages filled with hungry sand flies so that the insects could eat them alive," White Coat Waste said. Want to hear the worst part? The dogs had their vocal cords cut out so the examiners wouldn't have to hear their cries as they are eaten alive.
You got it the reason; there won't be many leaks because these are fellow travelers. And the few leaks that escape will just be ignored, "fact checked" as false, or euphemized. And unfortunately the Supreme Court is afraid to do their job. Chuck Schumer and the like threatening Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh seems to have worked for the left.
True...but there are times I wish Aricle 3 could be a tad more proactive in defense of the Constitution. It seems to offer little "Check and Balance" to the other two articles. Why do we have to wait months or years for flagrant violations to the Constitution to be addressed by the SCOTUS? If a corrupt Justice Department doesn't bring cases, the criminals at the top can do as they please.
I was thinking...why do we let the House and the Senate define, judge, and enforce their own ethics standards? Article 2 can still define the standards, but as Legislation...not informal "rules". Article 2 can also continue to self regulate. However, the big change would be to allow Article 3 to initiate ethics investigations of both Article 1 and 2. Ethics should be placed above politics.
