The party is over for Warren and Biden

After finishing fourth and fifth, respectively, in yesterday’s New Hampshire primary, the game is up for Elizabeth Warren and Joe Biden. Neither of them polled 10% of the vote and both were more than 10% behind the top finishers. The race is over for them, but Biden will probably try to hang on until the South Carolina primary.

After Sanders’ victory, the Democratic Party establishment is wondering how they can stop him and still retain the support of his supporters. That will probably be an impossible task. It’s hard to believe that the Sanders people will be willing to support a more moderate candidate, which is what the Democrats will need to defeat Trump.

The surprise for me is Klobuchar. Though, of the candidates, I feel she is probably the one with the most common sense.

True, but when the rest of the party is led by nuts and squirrels, that’s not saying much. I think that she has the best chance at beating Trump among the lot of them.

Pete is doing better than I expected
    Yang has dropped out
And I thought Biden had a better shot.

Biden has been a gaff machine all of his life, but this time he really looked bad. He looked like an old man who had to funble for his words.

He was also hurt by the impeachment trial which highlighted the problem he had with his son Hunter getting a high paying job based on his father's position as vice president. The news media did the best they could to cover for him, and the Democrats tried to ignore and deflect the question to Trump, but Biden was tainted by the issue.

Biden has never done well in his runs for president. He's been knocked out early every time. The bottom line is, he never has had what it takes for the job. Like Jeb Bush in 2016, Biden had the backing of the party establishment, but not the voters.

I have been a bit surprised at Biden's disappointing results as well. I too believe the lingering stain of the impeachment debacle sullied whatever chances he may have had. And as long as Sanders keeps promising a life free of the burdens of financial responsibility, the sheeples will keep voting for him. The Dems have quite the jigsaw puzzle ahead of them.

If Biden actually is out, watch how quickly we never hear another word about Hunter Biden.

I wish that would have worked for Hillary. If I never see her scowling face again it will be too soon. Yet she still ends up on my TV quite frequently.

I think you're confusing the premise here. Once Hillary lost the election, we never did hear about Benghazi again.

The GOP strategy of creating phony conspiracy theories to damage their opponents is well-known and pretty familiar to anyone paying attention.

Hillary Clinton is a political vampire. She will never give up running for president until the day the day she dies, even if she is dead in the political sense.

She is always looking for ways to get publicity even if she has to say absurd stuff, like two more people, who have run or are running for president, are “Russian agents.” If she really believes that, she is certifiable and therefore not qualified to be president on that basis alone. Of course, she has far more issues than that, but I’m not getting into it unless she rises from her political coffin and goes for the presidential nomination again.

I guess she thinks she can repeat Nixon’s career. If he came back from the political dead after he lost the 1960 presidential election and 1962 California governor's race, so why can't she rise from her sarcophagus and sink her fangs into the public trough again?

Your right, we are looking towards the future. If the Biden-Ukraine scandal is true, it is only relevant because of the possibility of recurring corruption if Biden becomes POTUS. If Biden drifts off into nothing, then what's done is done.

Getting away with wrong doing mostly works for Democrat politicians. If you are a private citizen, expect to get prosecuted unless you can buy off a politician from either party who will run interference for you.

If you are Trump supporter, expect to get book thrown at you. The Democrats politicized the FBI and Justice Department during and after the 2016 election. That poses a serious threat to our Democratic systems if those departs are not reformed.

Joe!!! Hello, pot calling the kettle here..... I believe there may have perhaps been just a few phony conspiracy theories lobbed by the left these last three years.

The Democratic party is committing suicide right in front of our eyes on a daily basis. There isn't any one of these clowns that has a snowballs chance in you know where of beating Trump come November. I fully intend to grab a bucket of popcorn and watch it all unfold.

I hope that you are correct, but you have to remember that California, New York and Illinois would vote for the AID Virus for president if the Democrats nominated it. That's 104 votes Electoral votes. Add to the other sold Democrat states, like Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington and Oregon and beating whomever the the Democrats nominate is far from assured.

Add to that the news media, which aside from Fox, is totally in the Democrats camp, and you can see where it is almost always the Democrats election to lose. Too many people think that the Democrat eliets are "for the little guy." They are out for themselves. Hillary Clinton is only one of the Democrats who more interested in their bank accounts than the people.

This is going to be a tough fight. Take nothing for granted.
